Hawaii Kai Church
Greeters

Worship services begin at 8:45 am and 10:30am.

Hosts/Hostesses should arrive approximately half an hour prior to each worship time. Hosts/Hostesses form teams of two to four who welcome members and visitors to Sunday Worship Service. Hosts/Hostesses have the task of introducing themselves to and providing nametags for guests; asking members to wear name tags; fielding questions about and providing information on Bible Studies, Sunday School, Childcare, etc.; and initiating conversation with visitors while introducing them to other members. After service, hosts/hostess spend a few minutes talking with guests and inviting them to return next week.

Ushers

Welcome people into the sanctuary and offer them a worship guide. Responsibilities of the ushers are to assist members and guests in finding seats as needed; take up offering; do banking; serve communion; and return keys to church office and theatre.

If you are interested in being a host/hostess or an usher, please contact Larry at 394-1996.
