Sermon Discussion Questions:

1. How would it make you feel if you found out that your co-worker, your boss, your neighbor, or even a close relative secretly knew everything about you - every private moment, your every thought, motivation, sin, and desire - everything about your life laid bare before this person?

2. From a Christian’s perspective, why should God’s omnipresence be comforting and reassuring?  Should His presence bring us comfort even when we’re in sin? Why or why not?

3. Knowing that God formed your inward parts, knitted you together in your mother's womb, and that you are fearfully and wonderfully made, how should we view our life and relationship with God?

4. Why do people naturally gravitate toward individualism and self-centered me-first attitudes and desires? How does belief in a Creator God help us battle against these selfish egocentric ways of thinking?

5. When we sin, why is our first response to run from God and hide?  When we sin, why does the gospel urge us to run to God? What does running to God practically look like?

6. Why is it important for us to embrace the idea of God being an invasive and inescapable God? How does knowing and believing that God knows you, is with you and created you, help Christians to live lives of humility, repentance, confidence, peace and joy?
